Fitness Training & Wellness Coaching sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the original client who purchased the package. This helps ensure individualized care and continuity of your personalized program.
We do not offer refunds for purchased sessions or packages. However, you’re always welcome to reschedule any appointment you’ve booked with your trainer & coach. Please reach out to them directly to coordinate a new time that works for you.
No, there are no refunds or reschedules allowed. Your space is reserved just for you, and because we intentionally keep our group sizes small, that spot cannot be filled by someone else once booked.
Absolutely. These workshops are designed to be interactive and supportive. You’re encouraged to share, ask questions, and connect with both the facilitator and other parents attending.

You will receive an email confirming your booking and purchase. Then, 24-48 hours before the first day of your workshop, you’ll receive an email from the one leading your session with your meeting details.
