Every recovery journey is different, but most parents can begin gentle movement and breathwork as soon as they receive clearance from their healthcare provider — typically around six weeks postpartum. Our trainers specialize in postpartum recovery and will help you rebuild strength safely, focusing first on core and pelvic stability before progressing to higher-intensity workouts. Whether you had a vaginal or cesarean birth, we’ll create a plan that supports your healing and meets you exactly where you are.
When you’re ready to begin exercising postpartum, our trainers guide you through safe, gradual movement designed to rebuild core strength, stability, and confidence. We focus on recovery-based fitness — including breathwork, mobility, and strength training — to help you reconnect with your body and regain energy at your own pace. Your coach will meet you exactly where you are, whether you’re easing back into exercise or working toward long-term fitness goals after baby.
Working with a certified trainer during pregnancy helps you stay active safely while supporting strength, posture, and circulation. Our coaches tailor every session to your trimester, energy levels, and physical changes, focusing on gentle movement, breathwork, and stability to prepare your body for birth and recovery. We also emphasize nervous system regulation and holistic wellness practices to keep you grounded and connected throughout your pregnancy.
Fitness Training & Wellness Coaching sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the original client who purchased the package. This helps ensure individualized care and continuity of your personalized program.
