You’re not meant to navigate sleep challenges alone. Let’s calm the chaos, lighten the load, and help you feel empowered as you support your baby’s sleep.
✓ Bedtime routines stretching way too long?
✓ Frequent wake-ups or feeds through the night?
✓ Short naps on repeat and no predictability?
✓ Wishing for smoother nights, steadier naps, and the tools to handle every bump with confidence?
Every baby is unique, and your sleep plan should reflect your child’s needs, temperament, and family values.
Our holistic sleep support program offers multiple gentle, evidence-informed approaches so you can choose the path that feels right for your baby — all while working toward independent sleep and longer, more restful stretches overnight.
You’ll stay connected and present throughout the process, with methods that center parental presence, responsiveness, and emotional attunement.
And just to be clear:
No extinction methods here — ever.
I’m Olivia, and I’m here to walk beside you through your baby’s sleep and feeding journey.
With 13 years of experience supporting families, my work blends the worlds of gentle sleep coaching and breast/chestfeeding counseling — all rooted in responsiveness, emotional attunement, and real-life practicality.
As a mom of two myself, I deeply understand how overwhelming and exhausting those early months (and beyond!) can feel. My goal is to bring clarity, confidence, and calm into your home, while helping your baby learn the skills they need in a way that feels aligned with your parenting values.
I’ve supported countless families through this process, and I’d be honored to walk with you too — offering guidance, reassurance, and a heart-centered approach every step of the way.”
I didn’t want to ‘train’ my baby in a way that felt cold or rigid. Olivia helped us build a routine that prioritized connection and trust. It wasn’t about shutting the door and walking away—it was about staying present and helping our baby learn to sleep with love and consistency.
After co-sleeping for two years, we knew we needed a change but didn’t want to traumatize our daughter. Olivia helped us take small steps, with so much reassurance for everyone—especially our daughter. It was a peaceful, respectful process.
At 6 months, my daughter was waking almost every hour. I didn’t want to do anything harsh, and Olivia totally respected that. She helped us find a gentle approach that gave my baby the sleep she needed—without leaving her to cry alone.
I was hesitant to get sleep support because I didn’t want to do cry-it-out. Olivia’s approach was the opposite—gentle, respectful, and flexible. She helped us set boundaries with so much compassion, and now bedtime is something we all look forward to.
I was at my breaking point with sleep deprivation when I reached out to Olivia. My 5-month-old was waking every hour, and I didn’t know where to start. Olivia’s plan was clear, supportive, and so gentle—it felt doable even through my exhaustion. Within a week, my baby was sleeping in longer stretches, and I finally felt human again.

We were exhausted and totally confused about naps and nights before we found this course. Olivia explains everything in such a calm, simple way that it actually felt doable. After following the steps, our son’s sleep became so much more predictable, and we finally started sleeping again too. It wasn’t perfect overnight, but the progress was real — and we’re so glad we tried it.
Olivia’s sleep course honestly made such a difference for us. The videos were easy to watch during nap time, and the eBook helped us understand what to do without feeling overwhelmed. YES! I’ve worked with thousands of families providing 1:1 sleep coaching to breastfeeding moms and they can tell you IT IS possible to continue to breastfeed and have a baby that sleeps through the night. Some breastfeeding moms opt to keep one overnight feed too which is OK! I provide multiple weaning options in the overnight sleep course to wean to zero or one overnight feed.
I understand the science and the value of sleep! There are multiple studies that have shown time and time again that sleep training has positive effects on both the baby and the family. There is no evidence to support that sleep training is harmful or affects parental attachment. Sleep training is a short-term process that has multiple long-term benefits!
Every child is unique when it comes to sleep, development, and temperament, but you can expect to see improvement in the first 2 weeks if you stay consistent with the plan!
The course is available worldwide. Every parent wants more sleep! The handouts and videos are both in English. The course videos include captions to help you read while listening to the video lessons. The course video lessons can also be watched at a slower or faster speed based on your preference.
I can’t guarantee a tear-free solution. Nobody can. There are a variety of sleep training approaches to independent sleep that are more gradual, where the parent is more heavily involved which can help to minimize crying.
Crying is your baby’s form of communication. They cry when they are hungry, tired, need a diaper change, or get frustrated. your baby will be learning a new skill during this process and some degree of crying is expected. There are various methods of sleep training and each one I use allows you to provide reassurance and support during the process to minimize crying. I do not use full extinction commonly known as Cry It Out.
I do not utilize the Cry It Out method which is where you close the door after laying your baby down awake and do not check on them again until the morning. All of the methods include various levels of parental presence to comfort and guide your baby through this process. I include 3 different sleep training methods in the course that you can customize as needed for your family. They include different levels of parental support varying from being fully present at the crib side the entire time your baby is falling asleep to verbal check ins spaced out over intervals of time, to being able to pick up and console your baby over intervals of time. All that being said your baby may still protest these changes with some degree of crying as it is your baby’s form of communication.
These courses will help families on a variety of sleep issues including weaning night feeds, falling asleep independently, early morning wakings, nap transitions, short naps, middle of the night wakings, the transition to the crib, transition from cosleeping to crib sleep, and much more.
I recommend this course for babies that are between 3-24 months of age that are sleeping in a crib or will be transitioning from cosleeping or bassinet to the crib. Your baby can learn to sleep independently regardless of their age. It’s never too late!
You can start laying healthy sleep foundations for your baby from day one! I have a newborn guide as well as a 3-4 month guide that covers sleep and feeding basics for the first 4 months of life to help you put those healthy sleep foundations in place before starting this course.
The course is eligible for reimbursement by your HSA or FSA account. You may need a letter of medical recommendation from your child’s primary care provider or pediatrician to submit for reimbursement.
