A supportive and educational group series led by a prenatal chiropractor and fitness coach, designed to help pregnant women understand how their bodies change through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum—and how to support those changes with movement, breath, and alignment. Learn how to reduce pain, prevent injury, and feel more connected to your core, spine, pelvis, and pelvic floor throughout the journey into motherhood.
