Each sleep package is designed to support children of all ages, from infants (4 months old or over 12lbs) to school-aged children (7 years old). Virtual Sleep Support (Ideal for families anywhere!)
Basic Virtual Sleep Consulting – $189
  • 30-minute phone consultation
  • A customized sleep plan tailored to your child’s age and temperament
  • Daily schedule with breakdown of routines
  • Instructional video on navigating naps
  • 1 follow-up email and one 30-minute phone call

All emails will be responded to within three hours Monday – Friday until 5PM. This package does not include support at bedtime.

Comprehensive Virtual Sleep Consulting – $319
  • 30-minute phone consultation
  • A customized sleep plan tailored to your child’s age and temperament

  • Access to Rested sleep app, with chat support during the first 3 days
  • Instructional video on navigating naps
  • 3 consecutive days of email support and one 30-minute phone call

All emails/chat messages will be responded to within three hours Monday – Friday until 5PM. This package does not include support at bedtime.

Premium Virtual Sleep Consulting – $479
  • 30-minute phone consultation
  • A customized sleep plan tailored to your child’s age and temperament
  • Daily schedule with breakdown of routines

  • Access to Rested sleep app, with chat support during the first 3 days

  • 3 consecutive days of email support and 2 follow-up calls (1 hour long each)

Virtual Bedtime Support Package – $579
  • 30-minute phone consultation
  • A customized sleep plan tailored to your child’s age and temperament
  • Daily schedule with breakdown of routines
  • 30-minute training call prior to implementation
  • Access to Rested sleep app, with chat support during the first 3 days

  • Instructional video on navigating naps
  • 3 consecutive days of email support and 1 follow-up call (1 hour long)

  • Bedtime support during the first night

All emails/chat messages will be responded to within three hours Monday – Friday until 5PM. This package does not include overnight support. You will only receive support from your baby’s initial bedtime and until they fall asleep on night one. The support call must be used within your support period.
