Sleep Support Packages
Each sleep package is designed to support children of all ages, from infants (4 months old or over 12lbs) to school-aged children (7 years old). Whether you’re navigating early sleep foundations, nap transitions, or bedtime struggles, our personalized approach will meet your child’s unique needs and your family’s goals.

Virtual Sleep Support (Ideal for families anywhere!)
Basic Virtual Sleep Consulting – $189
All emails will be responded to within three hours Monday – Friday until 5PM. This package does not include support at bedtime.
Comprehensive Virtual Sleep Consulting – $319
All emails/chat messages will be responded to within three hours Monday – Friday until 5PM. This package does not include support at bedtime.
Premium Virtual Sleep Consulting – $479
All emails will be responded to within three hours Monday – Friday until 5PM. This package does not include support at bedtime.
Virtual Bedtime Support Package – $579
All emails/chat messages will be responded to within three hours Monday – Friday until 5PM. This package does not include overnight support. You will only receive support from your baby’s initial bedtime and until they fall asleep on night one. The support call must be used within your support period.
