Compassionate Care For Your Birth & Beyond
We provide birth and postpartum doula support for families throughout Sonoma, Marin, and Napa Counties, as well as SF & the East Bay. Our doulas are available to walk alongside you during pregnancy, birth, and the weeks after—whether you’re welcoming a single baby or twins, during the day or overnight.
At Fox & Cub Family Doulas, we believe every family deserves nurturing care through birth and the early months of parenthood. Our doulas gently guide you with continuous support during labor, comfort measures, advocacy, and reassurance. After birth, we’re there to help you rest, heal, and bond with your baby—whether you need hands-on newborn care, feeding support, or simply a calm, encouraging presence.
How It Works
Step 2 – Meet Your Matches
Our team will reach out with doula matches that best fit your family and the kind of support you want. You’ll then connect with them to schedule a meeting, ask questions, and see who feels like the right fit.
Step 3 – Confirm & Begin Care
Once you’ve chosen the doula you’d like to support your family, we’ll lock in their availability. From there, your doula takes it away—providing the ongoing care and support you need.
Care that adapts to your family’s changing needs, every step of the way
Foundations of Birth & Postpartum Care
Our doulas provide grounding support through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks after. From comfort measures and advocacy during labor to guidance on rest, recovery, and emotional well-being after birth, we’re here to ensure you feel cared for, confident, and supported every step of the way.
Whole-Family Support
Doula care extends beyond the birthing parent. We create space for partners to feel included, siblings to adjust, and families to thrive together. From hands-on birth support and encouragement in the delivery room to nourishing meals, light household help, and emotional support at home, we help ease the load so your whole family feels supported.
Nurturing Your Baby & You
Whether you’re preparing for labor or navigating newborn care, our doulas bring expertise to support you and your baby. We offer comfort techniques for birth, practical guidance with chest/breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping, safe sleep, and daily routines—always honoring your family’s unique needs and choices. Our goal is to nurture both parent and baby, creating calm and confidence in every stage.
