Fox & Cub’s Mission Statement:
To transform the landscape of early family care by providing holistic, expert-led support that reduces the risk of postpartum mental health concerns, improves breastfeeding success, and promotes lifelong wellness. Through virtual services, in-person care, and a scalable tech platform, we empower families while bridging the gap between clinical systems and real-world parenting needs—creating healthier outcomes for parents, babies, and communities.

Olivia Fox
Our Founder & CEO
Olivia Fox is the Founder & CEO of Fox & Cub Family Wellness. Born and raised in Sonoma County, she has over 13 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood.
Olivia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Sonoma State University and is deeply committed to supporting women through the postpartum period and beyond. She believes true family wellness begins with holistic, full-spectrum care that supports parents emotionally, physically, and practically at every stage of parenthood.
Through Fox & Cub Family Wellness, Olivia has created a supportive, community-centered platform where families can find trusted guidance, compassionate care, and meaningful connection as they grow.
