Meet Carrie, one of our trusted IBCLCs (International Board Certified Lactation Consultants). After the birth of her second baby, Carrie felt a deep calling to support other parents in their infant feeding journeys.

She’s a medical professional, educator, and compassionate guide who’s here to help you reach your personal feeding goals—without judgment and with the support you deserve.
Meet Kris, an IBCLC with a Master’s in Public Health and over 25 years of experience in reproductive health. She’s also a certified childbirth educator and pediatric sleep specialist, offering families well-rounded, compassionate care.
Kris supports a wide range of feeding concerns—from latch challenges and low supply to oversupply and breast pain—drawing from her clinical work at Kaiser Permanente and her own experience as a mom of two. She provides practical, nonjudgmental guidance to help you meet your feeding goals with confidence.
