By signing below, you acknowledge that you are enrolling in a multi-week group support series. These sessions are offered as a complete experience and are not available for partial attendance or drop-ins. Your registration covers the full duration of the program.
All group session registrations are final and non-refundable. However, in the event that the session does not meet the required minimum of 4 participants, the group will be canceled and a full credit will be applied to your account.
You may use this credit for any session or service offered through Fox & Cub Family Wellness and it will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
We’re committed to helping you find the right support and will work with you to rebook or apply your credit as needed.
A few days before the first session, the independent contractor leading your series will send you a welcome email with your meeting link (via Zoom or Google Meet), preparation details, and what to expect in your first session.
