To initiate a return, please complete the returns form below. Once submitted, our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.
Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item(s). We reserve the right to decline a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.
Important: Please do not send returns to the sender’s address listed on your package. Returns will only be accepted after submitting a request through the form below and receiving confirmation from our team.

Return Options
Please note, the return address will be provided to you after we approve your return via email. (If applicable, further information will be provided in the response email after approval)
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we must be notified within 7 days of receiving it.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns. This fee does not apply to returns of items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
Conditions
The item(s) and any accompanying free gifts must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
Some items, such as hygiene products, may be final sale and non-returnable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect—in those cases, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs, and your original shipping fee will also be refunded.
For all other approved returns within the 30-day window, there is no added return shipping fee.

Faulty or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or flawed item, please fill out the returns form within 7 days of purchase. After review, we will send a replacement product or refund you for the price of the defective item and the shipping fee once we receive the product.
