- Clients may reschedule with 24+ hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

However, we reserve the right to respectfully decline or discontinue services at our discretion if we determine that our offerings are not the right fit for your needs. In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded.
