This may include help with feeding and soothing techniques, emotional wellness check-ins, guidance on babywearing or sleep routines, and tips for postpartum recovery. You’ll receive practical advice, reassurance, and a listening ear—all from the comfort of your home.
Yes. Each group session requires a minimum of 4 participants to run. If that minimum is not met by 24 hours before the first session, you will receive a credit to use toward another group session or any other service on our site (excluding products in the Fox & Cub Shop).
No, there are no refunds or reschedules allowed. Your space is reserved just for you, and because we intentionally keep our group sizes small, that spot cannot be filled by someone else once booked.
Absolutely. These sessions are designed to be interactive and supportive. You’re encouraged to share, ask questions, and connect with both the facilitator and other parents attending.

You will receive an email confirming your booking and purchase. Then, 24 hours before the first day of your session series, you’ll receive an email from the expert leading your session with your Google Meet or Zoom meeting link.
