Nourish & Reclaim: Beat the Baby Blues Naturally (4 Weeks)
For moms at any stage during pregnancy, or postpartum up to 12 months
A supportive group program for new moms focused on healing mood and energy through food. Learn how to use nutrition to stabilize hormones, replenish nutrient stores, and reduce symptoms of postpartum depression and anxiety.
Weekly Focus:
- Week 1: Rebuilding with Real Food – Nutrient repletion after birth
- Week 2: Balancing Blood Sugar for Mood Stability
- Week 3: Gut & Brain Connection – Supporting digestion and mental health
- Week 4: Creating Rhythms – Simple meal planning & self-care for emotional regulation

Brain Food for Growing Minds: Nutrition for Kids’ Emotional Wellness
4-Week Coaching Group for Parents
For those that are expecting, or have children ages 0-5
Empower parents with nutrition strategies to support optimal brain development and emotional balance in babies and children. Learn what to feed your child for focus, resilience, and better behavior.

- Week 2: Feeding Tiny Brains – Baby-led weaning & toddler meals that matter
- Week 3: Food & Feelings – Managing mood swings, focus, and meltdowns through food
- Week 4: The Happy Pantry – Smart shopping and snack prep for busy families

Rooted & Rising: Postpartum Support for New Moms
4-Week Coaching Group for Moms in the First Year
Welcome to those who are up to 12 months postpartum
A nurturing space for new moms to process the emotional shifts of early motherhood, build community, and receive expert-led guidance. This group offers connection, support, and practical tools for navigating identity, relationships, and self-care after birth.
Weekly Focus:
- Week 1: Rediscovering You – Identity shifts, emotional changes & self-compassion
- Week 2: Relationships After Baby – Boundaries, communication & partnership dynamics
- Week 3: The Mental Load – Overwhelm, invisible labor & building support systems
- Week 4: Finding Rhythm – Daily structure, rest, and redefining balance

Aligned & Empowered: Feel Better in Your Body During Pregnancy & After Baby
4-Week Body Awareness & Movement Series for Expecting Mothers
Can be taken at any point during pregnancy
A supportive and educational group series led by a prenatal chiropractor and fitness coach, designed to help pregnant women understand how their bodies change through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum—and how to support those changes with movement, breath, and alignment. Learn how to reduce pain, prevent injury, and feel more connected to your core, spine, pelvis, and pelvic floor throughout the journey into motherhood.
Weekly Focus:
Week 1: Building the Foundation – How pregnancy shifts posture, the pelvis, and spine
Week 2: Your Core, Breath & Pelvic Floor – Understanding and supporting your inner strength system
Week 3: Labor & Delivery – What birth does to the body and how to recover well
Week 4: Postpartum Healing – Safe movement, lifting, and long-term support for your spine and pelvis
