Browse listings by state or insurance to view available licensed therapists.
Once you find someone who feels like the right fit, use the message feature to reach out and schedule a consultation directly with them.

Confirm & Complete Checkout
After your consultation, if you’d like to move forward:
For out-of-pocket sessions, return to this page and complete checkout using the $30 session fee. Your contact details will be sent to your therapist, who will reach out within 48 hours to schedule your first appointment.
For insurance sessions, confirm directly with your therapist that they accept your plan. Then return to this page and complete checkout using the $0 insurance listing to submit your details.
The $30 session fee is deducted from your therapist’s normal hourly rate, so you’re not paying anything extra.

Continue Your Care
You’ll complete checkout here before each appointment for a total of 8 sessions.
After that, you’ll work with your therapist directly for ongoing care and scheduling.
