Yes. All providers are required to register as users and select a membership or subscription plan in order to create and maintain an active listing on the platform.
A provider membership allows you to create and maintain a listing, receive messages from families, and access marketplace features associated with your selected plan. Memberships provide access to the platform but do not guarantee inquiries, bookings, or income.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select at signup. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges using the payment method on file until the subscription is canceled.
No. All membership and subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes unused time, canceled listings, account deactivation, or lack of inquiries or bookings.
Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing, but access will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
If a membership payment fails, your listing and messaging access will remain active through the end of the current billing period. After that period ends, your account and listing will be temporarily deactivated until a valid payment method is added.
Once a valid payment method is provided and the subscription is active, your listing and access will be restored.
No. Fox & Cub Family Wellness does not process or collect payment for services unless explicitly stated for a specific category or feature. Providers are responsible for managing their own service pricing, payment collection, and client agreements.

This includes, but is not limited to, unused time, canceled subscriptions, account deactivation due to failed payments, or dissatisfaction with provider availability or services. Families are responsible for managing their subscription and may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.
Families access provider messaging and marketplace features through a monthly subscription membership. With an active membership, families can message providers across the platform to ask questions, explore services, and determine fit.
